The Taste Tester is a way for first time customers to try our Premium Longhorn Beef while they wait for their 1/2 or 1/4 beef to arrive.
$100 of your choice of available cuts. New in 2026, you will need your name on the list for a 1/2 or 1/4 beef (with deposit paid) to have a Taste Tester delivered. If you receive your Taste Tester and are not 100% satisfied with our Premium Longhorn Beef, we will gladly refund your deposit and you will be removed from the list.

$10/lb X hanging weight, usually 150-175lbs per quarter. Included in this price is basic cutting/wrapping and delivery within an hour of Nanton, Alberta. Willing to deliver further away for a small fee or meet at a location that works mutually. 1/4's are a mix of front and hind cuts.
($250 is the deposit required to reserve your quarter, the total price will be billed prior to delivery. 1/4's range from $1,500-$1,750)
