If you're on the fence about purchasing a 1/2 or 1/4 beef, simply order the Taste Tester Box. Just let us know which cuts you would like to sample and we'll put together a small box for you. The Taste Tester Box is not intended for regular deliveries, it is simply a way for new/potential customers to try our Premium Finished Longhorn Beef before committing to a larger purchase. $8/lb X hanging weight, usually 250-350lbs per side. Included in this price is basic cutting/wrapping (customer's choice) and delivery within an hour of Nanton, Alberta. Willing to deliver further away for a small fee or meet at a location that works mutually.
