The Taste Tester is a great way for FIRST TIME customers to try our Premium Longhorn Beef while they wait for their 1/2 or 1/4 beef to arrive. You will need to have your deposit PAID (on a 1/2 or 1/4 beef) in order to receive a Taste Tester. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our Premium Longhorn Beef, we will gladly refund your $250 deposit and you will be removed from the list.

$9/lb X hanging weight, usually 150-175lbs per quarter. Included in this price is basic cutting/wrapping and delivery within an hour of Nanton, Alberta. Willing to deliver further away for a small fee or meet at a location that works mutually. 1/4's are a mix of front and hind cuts.
($250 is the deposit required to reserve your quarter, the total price will be billed prior to delivery)

Ground Beef Case - 40lbs of Premium Finished lean ground beef. Our ground beef is made from ACTUAL CUTS OF BEEF without any water, chemicals, paste, steroids, antibiotics or other fillers found in commercially produced ground beef.
VAC sealed in 1lb packages.

Sampler Box - 15lbs of Premium Finished lean ground beef, 6lbs assorted high end steaks, 2 chuck roasts (4lbs each), plus 5lbs of (your choice): ribs (Maui or short), stew, stir-fry, 6oz hamburger patties or smokies (jalapeno cheese, original or cheese).
